About Anurag
Anurag started his entrepreneurial journey in January 2021. He is currently running his own consulting firm focused on Capability Building and Outcome-based consulting using Data Science, Six Sigma, Lean and related frameworks.
Over the last three decades, Anurag has experienced the journey of Statistics to Data Science and Quality to Business Excellence. He did Masters in Statistics with a specialization in Quality Reliability and Operations Research from Indian Statistical Institute.
Some of his significant experiences are with Indian Statistical Institute, Asea Brown Boveri, Aditya Birla Group and Deutsche Bank.
At Asea Brown Boveri he developed and delivered large training programs “Quality in Design,” “Quality in Manufacturing,” and “Quality in Transaction Processing” for multiple ABB locations within India.
Specific to Banking Industry, Anurag created global capacity modeling & predictive modeling frameworks, which have been deployed to over 16 Deutsche Bank locations globally – helping businesses successfully manage market-events-driven transaction processing volume spikes. He also extends the process excellence knowledge to automation and IT solution design and delivery.
At Aditya Birla Management Corporation, he built the Capability and Deployment framework. He propagated it in Non-Ferrous Metals companies in India and overseas units involved in the Chemical, Textile and Fiber plants business.
Anurag is Assessor for EFQM Model and HR Excellence Model from CII and was trained by Prof Kano in Strategic Quality Management.
Anurag has published and presented various papers at National and International Conferences based on real-life case studies in Manufacturing and Service Industries.
Anurag is also visiting faculty at IIM, Indore, Udaipur and Shillong for both Core and Electives.

Subrata Mitra Majumdar started his entrepreneurial journey 3 years back. Before that he has worked in Operational Excellence for 3 decades in various Indian and Global MNCs. His key experience includes Asia Pacific Head of Operational Excellence for Kennametal across plants in India, China and few years in Israel and for all functions across 11 countries, WCM head at Saint-Gobain Abrasives Bangalore ( 3 SBUs ), Corporate Operational Excellence head at TATA Autocomp Systems Pune.
Subrata’s scope of work spanned from identifying opportunities key to customer and business success, translating them to executable initiatives and projects, forming teams, building capabilities, driving governance, and delivering measured
improvement.
While Subrata works on wide spectrum of methodologies and tools ranging from Problem Solving Tools / Lean / Six Sigma / TPM / Cost of Quality / Balance Business Score card, his strength is in translating the business requirements into results, understanding cultural sensitivities, and delivering value.

Shiva is a known person for Excellence frameworks, particularly in the EFQM and
Baldrige frameworks. He is an International Assessor, Trainer and wears a consulting
hat in implementing Excellence frameworks.
He is a BE, MBA and a certified Coach. He has an independent director certification
from IICA. He has over 3 decades plus of work experience with 15 in the industry
with the likes of Rane and Toyota in different functions and is also a trained TPS
practitioner.
His last stint was the CII for 15 years (Confederation of Indian Industry) where he was
heading the Business Excellence vertical. He has been associated with some of the
largest private and public sector organisations in driving Business Excellence in
various capacities and comes in with huge amount of expertise in diagnostic and
maturity assessments aiding business transformation with his clients.
He has designed various maturity frameworks on different domains as well as
customized Excellence frameworks for many large corporates enabling driving their
internal Awards.
He currently works with many large companies as an advisor, consultant, and trainer
on the EFQM and Baldrige frameworks cutting across different sectors.

Keya Choudhury Ganguli

Keya Started her Entrepreneurial journey in June 2019. In the last 4 years she has primarily worked on Capability building and result oriented consulting using Data Science, Lean Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
Before that she worked for various MNC s and Indian Companies for nearly 3 decades on Lean Six Sigma, Analytics, Delivery Excellence, Quality Certifications & Business Excellence.
Keya’s experience includes working with Dell and NTT Data as Senior Director – Quality & Delivery Excellence, managing global consulting assignments in the USA, Latin America and EMEA and managing big teams .
She is adept in solving analytical challenges with business impact for Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Manufacturing & Retail customers.
Keya managed and delivered a wide variety of analytical solutions to internal stakeholders and fortune 500 customers while working with Dell, TATA Consultancy Services (TCS) & NTT Data Services.
Keya is M. Tech and she has completed Post Graduation Program in Data Science and Business Analytics from Great Lakes Institute of Management & McCombs School Of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
She is a certified Black Belt from American Society of Quality(ASQ), Certified Business Excellence Assessor(for TBEM), Certified Scrum Master and a Lead Auditor (for ISO9001/27001),
Keya is currently running her own consulting firm and consulting with a large Indian Pharma Company. She is also associated with Great Lakes Institute of Management /Great Learning as Faculty/Mentor.
